Sui SRK
Welcome to Switzerland! SUI SRC is based on DIRECT and was developed to help refugees and asylum seekers take their first steps in Switzerland. It offers valuable information, orientation aids and practical tips to help them cope better with everyday life in a new country and settle in quickly.
The task
With SUI SRK, a non-linear approach is being added to the DIRECT platform. User guidance will be intuitive and flexible, making it easier for users to navigate between different subject areas and explore content as required.
In addition, visual elements, such as graphics and explanatory images, will play a stronger role in making content more memorable and accessible and increasing the learning and information value beyond the previous text-heavy presentations. Last but not least, a comprehensive, central FAQ section will be integrated, which will provide frequently asked questions and important addresses and enable quick orientation, whereby the content will also be organised non-linearly and can be filtered according to topics and frequently searched terms.
Non-Linearer Flow
Users can access all content and tools directly without having to activate them first.
Full screen module
Texts can be displayed with content and presented more prominently than in DIRECT.
FAQ
Here users can find frequently asked questions, important information and contacts to contact centres.
Everyday assistance
Information on work, housing, family, asylum and health.
