Mobile apps for Apple & cross-platform
iOS apps that are designed for iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch can either be developed in the Swift programming language developed by Apple or in a framework that is suitable for cross-platform app development, such as Flutter or React Native. As a programming language developed specifically for the Apple ecosystem, Swift beats other development frameworks when it comes to editing complex applications or rendering visual effects.
In practice, however, in most applications there is no significant difference in performance between a native programming language such as Swift and a cross-platform solution such as React Native.
